  If I could give it no stars, I would. The delivery date was changed 3 or times. even though I was told the item was in stock and would get it in a few days. I was called the morning of delivery by the driver saying that he would be there in 15 minutes. He never showed up and when I finally got in touch with him, he said that he was told my order was cancelled the day before. So WHY did he call me? Many, many other issues. Then after I cancelled the order, I got a call saying they needed my credit card # in order to process the return. I called back with my number and was told I didn't need my number and that my account was credited. I ended up ordering the same item from Lowes and got it the next day. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH PACIFIC KITCHEN AGAIN AND SUGGEST THAT YOU NOT EITHER.
