  The team of two were very polite and efficient. They made sure that I could see the amount of insulation that was installed.
  
  Before they left I noticed that a cover was not installed over the pull down steps. The gentleman looked at my contract and stated that the work order was different and that I would receive a call to correct the problem.
  
  In less then a half hour I received a call from the salesman stating that it was his mistake and it would be corrected.
  
  I then received a call from the office to schedule an appointment to put in the missing insulation. The next day or so a man came and put in the additional insulation.
  
  There was no hassle with they company. They did what they promised and were very apologetic about the mistake. Great to deal with.
