  Drove over an hour and a half to get to this place from DC in traffic. Got there at 5pm not 5:01pm. I just needed to leave my rim there. Would have taken 3 minutes to remove the rim and I could have installed my spare to get home. The guy told me business hours are business hours which I accept, however a business that isn't willing to help a customer out in my situation is not worth your time. If you live in the area, fine but if you have to travel here don't waste your time. The shop didn't look particularly nice for the distance and time it took to get here.
